HEAD LICE AND INSECT REPELLENT - DEET FREE

IMPORTANT  NOTICE! This product is not state-registered for sale and use in Nebraska and, possibly, other states in the USofA.  Regrettably, you will not be allowed to order our very effective product.

Exciting new product - see below ***

Insect Repellent

This insect repellent is made from pleasant smelling natural oils, and is safe to use anywhere on the body. It is very effective in repelling mosquitoes and other insects. Many of our customers use this repellent on their horses and animals. The bottle contains 100ml.

Potential allergen: Citronellol, which appears naturally in essential oils.

Hi,

Me and my Fianceé were holidaying in the Cairngorn mountains last year in Scotland, and we were told that there would be a lot of midges around for the time of year which was in July. My fiancee' asked if I could find an organic insect repellent on the internet before we left for Scotland as she wanted a healthier alternative to the usual chemical laden products. I searched for a little while and came across your website, I looked at the testimonials for the repellent and thought it would be a good option so I purchased a 100ml bottle. Unfortunately when my Fiancee' gets bitten she always has to make a trip to the doctors due to the reaction she has to insect bites. I have to say that whilst we were in Scotland not once did she visit the doctors which is a first!  And also I ended up using it due to all the bites I had whilst out fishing on my first day to which I did not have any more bites whilst using your product for the duration of the holiday. We also use the repellent in our bedroom which we tip on some cloths to ward of insects which again works wonders.

We are going to Turkey for three weeks so of course I will be ordering another 100ml bottle to take. Can you tell me what is the best way to use the repellent in conjunction with suncream lotion as she is very fair and needs to wear the suncream.

Yours gratefully

Dear Mr Vincent

I would like to pass on my recent experience with regard to the use of your blended 'Insect Repellent' containing neem oil, following a recent business trip to Kenya. We were advised by the company to use a DEET containing repellent, as this was the only effective repellent against mosquitoes and other biting insects. Bearing in mind that biting insects carry not just the risk of malaria, but also delights such as dengue fever, I am sure you will appreciate that I was keen to avoid bites.

I took two bottles of your Insect Repellent blend with me, along with, I admit, two bottles of a branded mosquito repellent, as a back-up. In the end, not only did I not require the back-up, but I was the only one of my colleagues who did not suffer from multiple bites. The only time I was bitten was on my finger, which was likely due to having washed my hands after visiting the bathroom. One of my colleagues, who had used a DEET-containing repellent was 'eaten alive' by bites (her words, not mine).

More amusing was the fact that during the trip, my colleagues took to asking me for some of my neem-based repellent, when they realised how successful it was. We also had some success, attributable I believe to the anti-infective properties of neem, in treating inflamed bites, giving them a chance to heal.

Once again, you have my thanks for providing an Insect Repellent which enabled me to enjoy my recent trip, and ensure that it was also a productive trip from a business perspective.

Yours sincerely

*** Joss Sticks - Indian villagers regularly burn Neem leaves to effectively ward off mosquitoes and other insects. We are running tests on Neem Agarbatis, made exclusively for us, which we know will be a boon for getting rid of a whole host of pests like dust mites, moths, insects, fleas and will also useful in  greenhouses and polytunnels. These Joss Sticks burn for around four hours each. Burn the Joss Stick for as long as is necessary, then douse with a couple of drops of water.

A large hostel in London had a bed bug problem and tried various products including our Neem Joss Sticks. They are so pleased with the results from using our Joss Sticks that they have ordered six more tubes. These are exclusive to us worldwide.

Hello Sidney - happy new year!

You will recall that I took some joss sticks to New Zealand to combat the
sand flies, and also some insect repellent.

Well, the joss sticks were a great success. My friends who have a farm at
the head of the Grey River valley - their mailbox is at the other end of a
35km single track gravel rd!! - suffer greatly - mainly Eileen who finds
them a great trial! We burnt one stick on the single night I stayed with
them and the house was virtually sand fly free within an hour!

If they aren't available in NZ (do you know of an importer??) I shall have
to ship some out there for them.
